fantastic hosts and superb breakfast!
excellent hosts clean rooms nice breakfast comfy bed
Roy and tina were excellent hosts, and the breakfast was nice, a great way to start the day. rooms were really clean. It's clear they pay attention to detail. i will definitely return. It's a place i can rely on for a comfortable stay. the bed was super comfy, i slept like a baby.
the only minor thing was that the tv remote needed new batteries.

The breakfast included fresh fruit and a selection of cereals. It was a hearty meal to fuel the day. coffee and tea were available throughout the morning, awesome for a relaxed start. the dining area was bright and cute.

Acceptable but with Issues
bathroom fan thin walls
The location was convenient. It was a short walk to the tram stop.
The budget double room felt cramped. The bathroom fan DIDN'T work, and the room service skipped us one morning. the walls seemed thin. I could hear conversations next door.
